Founder
Kate is the founder of Equillation, whose practice weaves together equine-facilitated therapy, systemic constellations, and nature-based healing.
As a Senior Member of the ACCPH and on the Accredited Practitioners Register with Athena, Kate has been pioneering equine-facilitated constellations with a deep commitment to ethical practice.

Maria-Lucy Neason
Lecturer and Module Leader Equine Behaviour
Maria-Lucy is an experienced equine educator with a long career as an equine coach and lecturer in equine studies. She has taught a wide range of subjects combining academic knowledge with extensive practical experience.
She is a certified Connection Training Coach with a particular interest in equine emotions and behaviour, exploring how horses learn, communicate, and thrive when training methods are evidence based and rooted in compassion and empathy.

Ursula Maria Bell
Systemic Constellation Facilitator & Trainer
Ursula is a qualified systemic constellation facilitator, trainer, and supervisor with over 15 years of experience in transgenerational healing.
German by origin and now based in Bulgaria, she holds a Diploma in Viktor Frankl's Logotherapy and advanced diplomas in Transpersonal Therapy.

Orders of Love
The "Orders of Love" are the foundation of all constellation work. They are about belonging to our family or group, about our rightful place in our family and in the world, about acknowledging our and others' fate and taking responsibility for our life and about finding the right balance between giving and taking. Horses intuitively feel where there is confusion or imbalance in these orders and show us gently new insights, perspectives and the next steps for finding a solution.
Equine Behavior
Understanding how horses naturally respond to systemic dynamics, using their sensitivity to family patterns to guide healing and reveal hidden truths.
